The Disruptive Factor is a numerical score given to each of the 33 design solutions featured on Create Disruptive Retail. The Disruptive Factor rates each design solution in terms of the solution’s ability to disrupt common retail practice, ease of implementation, and degree of innovative approach. The Disruptive Factor can be low (0-39), moderate (40-69) or high (70-100) and is typically used by business decision makers to select their preferred design solutions for business growth.
