Sales Trailer
Karen Herman, our CEO and founder, was hired by a real estate investment partnership as a consultant on the interior design for a new Sales Trailer for a multi-family apartment development. This project was completed with her previous company called Creative Direct Solutions, Inc.
Project Brief
Interior design for the Sales Trailer reflected the overall interior design for the project, in order to maintain aesthetic consistency between the Clubhouse and 14 buildings on the 27 acre site.
The trailer interior was fitted out as “a natural, Cape Cod style, coastal living environment.” This design approach matched the conceptual design shown on presentation boards and renderings of the typical apartment units and common areas within the apartment buildings, as well as the Clubhouse. This created a cohesive design statement in a relaxing environment for sales staff to show and lease apartment units.

The Sales Trailer interior reflected the coast living design theme of the Clubhouse and common areas of the apartment buildings and offered a relaxing environment for sales staff to show and lease apartment units.
