Project Description
project brief
Karen Herman, our CEO and founder, was hired by a real estate investment partnership as a consultant on the interior design for a new Clubhouse for a multi-family apartment development. This project was completed with her previous company called Creative Direct Solutions, Inc.
connecting the digital era
Karen collaborated with a technology team to design and integrate an Interactive Kiosk into custom millwork fabricated for the Great Room of the apartment development. The interactive kiosk was located outside the Sales Office and used by potential renters to preview apartment floor plans, see interior fixture and appliance packages, select interior color schemes, and review rental fees.
At the Interactive Kiosk a user can preview apartment floor plans, see interior fixture and appliance packages, select interior color schemes, and review rental fees. An Interactive Kiosk can offer information or shopping 24/7 and optimizes a small footprint.
