Caffeine Spaces was a co-working space that offered a subscription-based membership and many technology training events and seminars. It was a primary meeting place for technology leaders in South Florida. We assisted the founder of Caffeine Spaces with branding by creating a custom branded fixture that gave identity to the business as well as the members.

We transformed an old reception desk with an inexpensive DIY solution, an adhesive black chalkboard film. This gave the old desk a new look. Community members could share messages and inspiring words or drawings by writing with chalk on the top, front and sides. And we upcycled an old desk into something new.

The benefits of creating a unique branded fixture in the primary reception area were multi-fold for Caffeine Spaces. The membership gathered around the desk, and this offered a networking opportunity and greater sense of community.

The membership shared their messages and drawings through social media, creating a greater connection with Caffeine Spaces and marketing the business to others.

This was a very creative project. We were excited to upcycle an old reception desk, give new life to a reception area, and and support a creative community.
