Our friends at Shop! Association invited me to join their Business Leader Forum on March 8, 2019 in Tampa, Florida and give a presentation on the latest in design, retail and technology. The topic is “Tips and Trends for AI, Big Data, and Continuous Adaption in Offline Retail” and I’ll be presenting an interactive digital journey into emerging trends and technologies that are working for professionals in the retail industry today.
This interactive digital journey will include practical tactics to reinvent the in-store experience, creative strategies for online-to-offline retailing and new technologies that today’s entrepreneurs, retailers, and owners/operators are incorporating to delight and engage clients and customers.
This is a wonderful next step for our team at Gustie Creative to get out and share a bit of what we have learned with our design projects and research work on disruptive retailin our awesome digs at The Research Park at Florida Atlantic University.
