Project Description

project brief

Bagel Twins is a Bakery and Bagelry located in Delray Beach, Florida. It is a family founded business that has been active for over 25 years and draws an older clientele that is very dedicated to the brand. The original owner hired us for strategic marketing services to build social presence.

connecting with a younger customer

For Bagel Twins, we defined three social media platforms for the brand to create a profile on and share images of food and the restaurant to build a social media presence with strategic marketing.

We created an email club card that was placed on tables and counters in the restaurant so customers could share their email address and join the free club.

To introduce the brand to a younger audience, we arranged a strategic partnership with TEDxBoca, an event held at a local college. Bagel Twins participated in the event and gave out free bagels to attendees, who were mostly college students, staff members and creative professionals in the community.
